| The Pro Pair Go Ricoh Cup 2001 finals were held on January 14, 2001 at the Grand Formosa Regent Taipei in Taipei City. The pair of 7-dan Ms. Teruko Kusunoki and Meijin Mr. Norimoto Yoda defeated the pair of 2-dan Ms. Narumi Osawa and 9-dan Mr. Kaiho Rin to win the championship. As 9-dan Mr. Seigen Go (Taiwanese first name: Daikokushu) as the chief judge and 9-dan Mr. Kaiho Rin are Taiwanese, more than 500 spectators from children to old people filled the hall to enjoy this event. |
