금번 「2025 세계 페어바둑 축제」 개최를 진심으로 축하드립니다. 전 세계 수십개 국가·지역에서 참석하는 금번 대회가 바둑 팬과 선수들의 축제, 그리고 국제 친선 교류의 장이 될 수 있기를 진심으로 기원드립니다.

　또한, 이번 「2025 세계 페어바둑 축제」에서 개최되는 여러 대회에 한국에서도 총 3개의 페어가 출전합니다. 금번 대회에 출전한 우리 선수들이 자신의 기량을 잘 발휘하여 선전하기를 기원하며, 다른 나라·지역의 선수들 역시 선의의 경쟁 속에서 최선을 다해 실력을 보여주시기를 바랍니다.

　아울러, 다시 한 번 금번 축제의 성료를 기원합니다.

　I would like to offer my sincere congratulations on the holding of the Pair Go World Festival. This event, in which players from dozens of countries and territories will take part, will be a marvelous experience for the participants and for all Go fans. I fervently hope that it will also provide opportunities for promoting international friendship and exchange.

　Three pairs from Korea are scheduled to compete in the various tournaments to be held at the festival. I hope that the Korean pairs will be able to display their strength to the full. At the same time, I offer my best wishes to the other participants; I hope you will do your best in the friendly competition.
