Won the 8th Strongest Woman Player title in 2006, won the 26th Women's Honinbo title in 2007 and held it for six years in a row, earning the title of Honorary Women's Honinbo after five successive terms, and seven times overall. Won the 20th Women's Meijin in 2008, held it for nine years in a row, earning the title of Honorary Women's Meijin. Won the 13th Women's Kisei title in 2010, held it for six terms overall. Won the 3rd Aizu Central Hospital Cup in 2016. Secured the Women's Quadruple Crown. As of June 2016, has won 24 women's titles, the record.

Won the 12th Agon Kiriyama Cup in 2005, the 34th Meijin title in 2009, the 57th NHK Cup in 2010, the 49th Judan and 37th Tengen in 2011, the 67th Honinbo, 37th Gosei and 60th Oza in 2012, the 37th Kisei in 2013 (the first player to hold six top titles simultaneously; also completing a cumulative grand slam of the top seven titles), and the 25th TV Asia title, also in 2013. Won the Professional Pair Go Championship 2014, the 54th Judan title in 2016 (first player to complete a simultaneous grand slam). In total, has won the Kisei four times, Meijin five times, Honinbo four times, Oza three times, Tengen four times, Gosei four times, and Judan three times.

Won the 1st Globis Cup World Igo U-20 in 2014 and the 39th King of the New Stars title. Entered the 39th Kisei League aged 16 years nine months, a record. Came second in the 62nd NHK Cup in 2015 and second in the Professional Pair Go Championship 2016.

In 2009 won the 6th Ing Cup and the 10th Maxim Coffee Cup Strongest 9dan tournament. In 2010 won the men's team Gold Medal in the Asian Games. Won the 7th 10dan tournament in 2012. In 2013 won the 41st Myeonggin tournament.
